4 Ways to optimize your drainage for a successful parasite cleanse.
Whether you have a few rounds of parasite cleansing under your belt or if you are a newbie to this topic, I wanted to write this blog for you - Here are 4 ways to optimize your drainage during a parasite cleanse...

THE MOST IMPORTANT WAY TO OPTIMIZE A CLEANSE IS BY OPENING DRAINAGE PATHWAYS:
Drainage is the most important part of parasite cleansing besides actually killing them or binding toxins. Optimizing your drainage pathways means to open the ways at which toxins leave the body... Primarily through bowel movements but also through the liver/gallbladder, sweat and lungs too. When our drainage is blocked this means that we are reabsorbing toxins rather than excreting them leading to more severe symptoms over time.
1) BOWEL MOVEMENTS:
Make sure you are pooping daily, 2-3 times per day. If you have constipation it might be a good idea to use a supportive agent like Cellcore Bowel Mover, magnesium citrate, senna, or smooth move tea from Traditional Medicinals... These products can jumpstart your bowels until you are able to stop using them and produce bowel movements on your own. Some parasites cause chronic constipation so its important to keep the bowels open until the root cause of the situation is resolved.
2) LIVER CONGESTION:
Working on lightening the load can be very helpful in assisting your liver. The more you can help your liver, the more it can detoxify and purify your blood for you! This means less inflammation, better skin, more energy, weight loss and better mood overall. So in order to help your liver you can use a few techniques:
-Various liver support herbs/blends like: Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Burdock etc...
-Decreasing your total toxic burden and making your home a strict non-toxic
environment. Less toxins coming in means your liver can play "catch-up".
-Doing a coffee enema is the most therapeutic tool for cleansing the liver,
increasing glutathione production up to 700% and flushing any unwanted
parasites out of the colon. It doesn't have to be coffee either. Salt water or
herbal teas work very well especially if the colon is sensitive, soothing teas like
chamomile work too!
For livers that cant seem to clear toxins, sometimes bile acids are spent up and lose their ability to bind to waste and excrete toxins. I used a product called Advanced TUDCA from Cellcore that is a bile acid replacement that super charges your ability to clear unwanted waste and proteins from the bile system and clean out the liver.
3) MOVING THE LYMPH
Our lymphatic system is the garbage dump of the body and its also where hidden infections lurk. The lymph doesn't have a pump like the heart and the cardiovascular system, the lymph must be manually moved around by us! Things like stretching, walking, exercising, rebounding, dry brushing, hot and cold temperature therapy, sauna and fascia blasting are all excellent ways to stimulate the lymph fluid and drain those stagnant toxins out of you.
When we move the lymph we stir up the hidden toxins and pathogens so that our body can finally see them and escort them out of the body. Moving the lymph is best paired with a binder so that when you stir up toxins they have something to cling to.
4) SWEAT
We actually sweat out a lot more toxins than we think. Our skin isn't just a barrier organ, its also a detoxification and excretion organ too. We are capable of sweating out plastics (these plastics disrupt hormones and are called endocrine disruptors), mycotoxins (toxins produced by pathogen molds that cause cell and DNA damage) and many other poisonous chemicals.
Sweating is best paired with a binder that way when you get toxins moving they can be escorted out through the pore instead of the kidneys. The kidneys take a huge hit when someone is cleansing toxins and parasites so anything we can do to lighten the load, like sweating, is super helpful.
