Ready to do your first parasite cleanse?! Its equally as exciting as it is terrifying witnessing these critters leave your body for the first time. After years of witnessing over 99% of my clients passing them, you can certainly bet that you have them too!
Below are my best tips, tricks and guidance to optimize your first parasite cleanse.

You can crack open one supplement in the kit early to optimize your cleanse experience. Take the "Para 1" for 2 weeks before starting the cleanse to initiate cleaning out your gut, removing your intestinal waste buildup and paralyze your parasites from the beginning.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE BOWEL MOVEMENTS EVERY SINGLE DAY before and during your cleanse.

It could be parasites causing your constipation in the first place, so using bowel moving support is a must while cleansing.

WHEN TO CLEANSE:
Cleansing during the full moon time period can increase your chance of being successful however you are welcome to parasite cleanse at any time. They come out of hiding and are more active during the full moon so its easier for you to kill them when they are out and about!
Start your cleanse on the beginner doses listed in the kit. I recommend you do 5-7 days and remember to take all your supplements on time. Remember how important it is to keep your bowels moving daily while cleansing and use support if you need it.
Use this tool to address many symptoms that are present with a high toxic load. These can be from mycotoxins (from mold), heavy metals, pesticide residue, industrial cleaning products, chemicals in processed junk food like fast food.
A high toxic load can be due to a few things:
Either the body isnt able to rid itself of toxins at all, or the body isnt able to rid itself of toxins fast enough.
